Make approval a defined decision

For a Saudi B2B marketing team, a useful AI content workflow separates drafting from authority to publish. Give the model a bounded brief, verify every material claim, review Arabic and English independently, and release only the version approved by the accountable editor. Faster drafting is useful only when the resulting material helps an actual buyer decide what to do next.

Google's guidance on generative AI content allows useful applications such as research and structure while warning against producing many pages without added value. The workflow below is an editorial recommendation, not a promise of rankings or a claim that a particular AI product guarantees accuracy.

Prepare the inputs before opening a drafting tool

Create a source pack with the buyer question, verified service scope, approved terminology, source links and the intended next step. Separate public facts from internal information. Confirm that the selected tool and account are approved for the material being submitted; remove personal identifiers and confidential commercial details when they are unnecessary.

For Arabic and English work, specify which terms must retain their exact meaning. A service capability must not become a guarantee in translation. A provisional estimate must not become an established result. Ask for missing information to be flagged explicitly instead of inviting the model to complete gaps from general knowledge.

Use three approval gates

Evidence gate

Extract factual claims from the draft into a register. For each, record the supporting source, its date, the exact scope it supports and the person responsible for verification. Check the linked page directly. A plausible citation or familiar organization name does not establish that the source supports the sentence. Remove unsupported claims before polishing the prose.

Buyer-value gate

Read the draft without its headline. Can a marketing leader identify a decision, prerequisites, useful steps and a way to judge the result? Replace generic enthusiasm with a usable checklist or an unfilled decision framework. Compare the proposed page with the existing catalog; merge overlapping intent into an update instead of publishing a competing article.

Language and release gate

Assign Arabic review to someone able to assess meaning, terminology and tone for the intended Saudi buyers. Review English separately, then compare promises, qualifications and calls to action across both versions. Check right-to-left layout, links, numerals and image descriptions in the actual page. Record the approved revision, not merely an approval in a chat thread detached from the final text.

Measure review work, not generated volume

Track first-pass acceptance, factual corrections, translation corrections, time spent reviewing and post-publication amendments. Define each measure consistently before comparing tools or workflows. Retain the reason for rejection: missing evidence, repeated intent and poor localization require different fixes. Publishing more drafts does not demonstrate better marketing.

Start with a restricted content category whose facts and owners are clear. Keep the same review standard when evaluating a new model or prompt. Expand only after the team can maintain the approval trail and correct mistakes promptly. Automation can move an approved record between systems; it should not silently convert an unreviewed draft into a public commitment.

Turn the workflow into a working brief

Use the purchase-intent content brief to define the buyer question before drafting. Then connect the approved article to a real service and an appropriate next step.
